At VERNIER BRAND, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within the applicable return window.

Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Products that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks for orders that have been delivered or are being handled according to this policy may be challenged with the payment provider.

European Union Customers

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy and will be honored where applicable under local consumer protection laws.
